Most instructors are excellent. Office staff becomes defensive if you question them. BEWARE of accounting. Make sure you get a receipt and notes are made correctly…especially if funding is coming from another party, scholarship, or parents. They lie and pass you off to someone else. Throughout college, I heard many others complain about billing staff. They are incompetent and arrogant. Mistakes always in SNHU favor. Go ahead, try to speak to someone next in the hiarchy. They never resolve the problem…just make assumptions charge you again.
