All around extremely poor customer service.Poor selection of student body.Staff and faculty play mind games, guilt trip, and become really rude and unhelpful when you make a complaint or comment about anything. Atmosphere seems to be focused on money and doing anything to protect the university's image. The university experience was all about image and lacking in quality and substance.If you are uneducated about OBM or business management then you might not notice how poor the customer service truly is.
