I would not have gone to this school if I had it to do over again. I went as an athlete, swimming, which is no longer a team sport at SFSU. This is a shame because we were very competitive in Div. 2 throughout the country.

The Computer Science department was the bright spot of my time here. With the exception of one Professor, all the teachers were easy to work with, and really wanted to prepare you for life after school. I feel that I was very well prepared when I left SFSU and entered the work force.

I disagree with some of the other review when it comes to the social life at the school. There were plenty of parties, and other activities. There was only one fraternity that had a house, and their parties were lame, so if you went to those, I get it. But for the most part, I was able to meet a bunch of really interesting people with all sorts of backgrounds.
