College is college. Ou is not a bad school at all. I just completed my first year and got a 3.75. How? Hard work. I had to study, and I didn't have much of a social life, but that was by choice. No matter which college you go to, it boils down to one question. How far up the pyrimid do you want to get in life. Sure, if your looking for parties and drinking OU is def not the place to go. Do you want good grades, or do you just wanna see how many girls you can tally up during your college years. Everything has a trade off, you just have to make the choice. I dont know about any of you, but I had my party expirence when i was in high school, and now, at 19 years old, I wanna get serious. So sure, if you wanna party and create strong social relationships with other people who party, CMU or M State is def the place to go (I party there in the summer). If you wanna get jump into your career life early and live a very prosporous life, OU is for you. Everybody is different, and we all have to respect that. The good news for all of us is that we all decided to go to college in the first place and we wont be collecting tranfer payments our whole life like 50% of Detroit. So if you choose to go to OU thats great, but if you dont, at least your still getting higher education of some kind and I wont have to pay for your kids. By the way I commute from Almont which is like an hour away, and OU does have a bit of a parking problem, but what can you do, lol.
