Clark University

I wish I could say that Clark was the same school I fell in love with after visiting it last year. It is not. My first year at Clark University can only be described as a nightmare. I don't even know where to begin.

It's been said again and again and I hate to beat a dead horse, but Worcester is the ugliest and most un-enticing city I have ever seen in my entire life. I have always said that that the sun never shines in Worcester and it seems to be true. The campus is hardly safe, I can't even count the amount of times that people have been robbed/jumped/assaulted.

Perhaps the biggest disappointment were the people here. I have met some of the meanest, most smalled minded and rude people of my ENTIRE life here. I NEVER in a million years expected to be treated at college this way. It's as cliquey as high school was. The parties are not open to everyone and some of the people at the "sport houses" are downright rude. Nobody here cares about schoolwork and those that do are getting the hell out of here. Everyone is lazy and would rather smoke weed all day than do anything interesting. I've never met such an unmotivated group of people in my life.

All this being said, the proffesors are great, as well as very friendly and approachable. Still, I would reccomend going elsewhere, save yourself the money and go to UMass.
