I just got accepted into Temple University. I went to visit it, and I must say I was impressed. It was overall a very nice school.

However, I feel that as an out-of-state student, I would feel like an outsider there. Over 75% of the student body is in-state, and a lot of kids come to the university with a bunch of their high school friends.

Additionally, Temple does not have much of a campus… It is right in the middle of Philly. A fun city, but honestly there's not much to the campus. No green or common area outdoors for the students to hang out.

commentYour an idiot. This review is so wrong on subjective issues I had to respond to it less other people see it:

Temple has several "green areas" on campus where I play frisbee with my friends all the time.

And there are are 5 or six major outdoor common areas where kids hang out.

If you dont want to go to a place with a ton of in-sate people why the heck would you apply to a big public university.

FYI, I came from CT and didnt know asingle person when i cam here and I fit in fine
