Major: Undecided (This Major's Salary over time)
I am an out of state student which made me very intimidated coming to school where the majority was from North Carolina. However, there are a good amount of people comming from New Jersey, New York, and Maryland which made the transition easier. Yes, there are very preppy fratty/soriority type of people but there are also alot of laid back surfer types. Everyone is really friendly and smiley all the time. This school has the best of both worlds, it has a great downtown life with bars and clubs(which arn't that strict about fake IDs) and in the other direction is the beach. There is always something to do! Basic studies classes are very easy so it is not hard at all to keep up with the work. The campus is beautiful as well as the surrounding area (the river walk, wrightsville beach)and it's pretty neat to see the places you know in movies and tv shows since they film here often. I am so happy I chose this school to come to and couldn't picture myself anywhere else except UNCW.
