Good:

Urban oriented, city surrounds the campus, easy access to malls etc

affordable, only $350 per credit hour and its accredited by all different associations

Bad:

Student quality is no the best, they let in alot of older students who really kill the buzz. For example you be might be enthusiastic about going on field and conducting research or project but your 39 year old classmate have to pick up her children, take them to soccer game, cook dinner and be home by 10 PM. Therefore the professor force you to follow a boring activities that in their views is good for the older students.
