Severe exploitation of student employees paying minimum wage for all jobs across campus. All specialized and technical jobs that carry large of amounts of responsibility and require a particular skill set are regarded as equally pay worthy. Most campuses have a pay scale based on skills required, responsibilities, accountability, and work quality. Have suggested that unpaid overtime will be required if a mistake is made and must be fixed after hours.

Very poor appropriation of funds for campus organizations and general spending. The school cries poor whenever an organization want to make a purchase despite yearly tuition increases and a substantially growing endowment fund. Even faculty and staff are underpaid and required to take on excessive responsibilities outside their job description.

Education quality is also mediocre at best.

Overall its a pretty corrupt place hiding behind a prestigious historical reputation. At least the faculty is nice and smiles at you while ripping you off :)
