My experience at MICA was very positive. I am currently applying to graduate schools now, but in a field other than art, (Psychology). MICA requires a lot of determination and work and you get out of it what you put in, like most academic experiences. It is a very interconnected community, that does require you to be organized and on top of your particular schedule and workload. You will grow enormously as an artist if you are open to learning, & taking advantages of the many resources MICA makes available.I found the faculty to be absolutely excellent, top notch.

I had good internship opportunities which are very helpful to put on your resume for later, as well as a great study abroad experience through the school.
