All the things are acceptable except for few things,

First of all, my heater/AC in my dorm room was broken, and it took them almost two months to fix it. The problem was me and my roommate submitted around four or five maintenance requests to them, and it is online. Online should be faster, but it's the opposite. It's not a joke. I could sue them if they did not fix the heater during the winter.

Second, the internet speed of my dorm went mad slow sometime few months ago. Ironically, this is the NJIT, New Jersey Institute of Technology, "Technology." This make me laugh.

Finally, Office of International Students of NJIT is a pain in the a**. It's making me wanna leave this college! They said 10 business days to finish a paper work; they count the days for real right in front of your face. It is the 11th day now, and they say wait for one more day, which is the 12th day!! We are not paying for the slackers in that office! I'm NOT PlEASED!
