Major: Mechanical Engineering (This Major's Salary over time)
I'm a student who spent 4 years of undergraduate school at IIT. I was involved on campus with SGA(student government) as well as was a part of a fraternity. Being an international student I've to say that IIT provides a great exposure to a diverse group of individuals including people from America and different parts of the world. However at the same time, IIT is not the best school on the planet. More than 2/3rds of the student population was pissed in 2007 when they launched a million dollar branding campaign in which students saw no value. If you're considering having your degree from IIT, just so you know its kind of an overrated school. In all context, I love the school from all what I have learned (leadership, scholastic achievement and social life) but if I had to do it all over again, I would NOT pick IIT.
