Although there are definitely problems at UNH, the positive outweighs the negative. Almost every single private university has the same problems that the University of New Haven has: parking, housing, etc. If you get involved with the clubs and organizations here, you will love it. Greek Life is much different than I ever though it was and it has opened me up to making friends and being involved. The surrounding area of West Haven is not so great but the campus itself makes me feel more than safe. College is all about what you make it, negative comments are going to seem much more aggresive than positive ones. Find out for yourself.
