This school is research based. If you want a great opportunity as an undergraduate to get your hands on some lab experience, it is the perfect place. The faculty in the biology department becomes your support team, and they are all invested in your success. Anyone who says Fargo is boring, is misguided or under 21. The downtown scene is one unlike any other city of its size. And don't be mistaken, Fargo is over 100,000 people, while maintaining a farm town vibe. It is the best of both. Yes, it gets cold though.
