I spent 3 years at this university in the Aviation program double majoring in ATC and Commercial Aviation. I have to say, it was the worst 3 years of my life. The city is boring, the faculty could care less about you, and the work load is super easy. Everything I learned could have been accomplished at a community college and a local FBO and at half the cost. Do not waste your money here unless you want to pay around $500 per flight lesson and be treated by snotty professors. Oh, and the University itself stinks too, especially the Dean of students and UND housing department. In terms of flying, there is discrimination with favor towards the Chinese contract students. In fact, China bought all of the UND planes as part of the agreement, so of course UND will favor the international students over the Americans. In fact, when you go here, YOU feel like the international student. I would go elsewhere.
