when I came to WVU I expected to come to a fun party environment where I could make friends meet chicks and have relationships with women and make friends. I also expected a fun learning environment to where I could enoy my year out of high school. WVU DID NOT DO ANY OF THIOS FOR ME. WVU WAS LIKE A GARBAGE/SHITHOLE TOWN FULL OF SOCIALLY INEPT AND JUDGEMNETAL DOUCHEBAGS/AND JUST PLAIN JERSEY TRASH. First off, during my orientation, no one talked to me cause I look different (Im half asian half white), and I think differently being an intellectual who studies hard and thinks critically and parties during my free time on friday afternoons and weekends. I couldn't make any friends during the first week and semester of school to the point where I was hopeless of connecting with any individual pin campus. I as constantly depressed and suicidal at times to the point where I just wanted to go home and even wanted to transfer or leave the university. Women in general are preppy, irritating, fake, conceited sluts who don't make contact with you unless if you are buff, black, or in a frat. They talk in a high pitched nasal accent which was annoying and try to give the impreesision that they are "princess". Talking to these women will result in you being aggravated due to their limited hillbilly mentality. guys in general are just plain fake douchebags that only want to be your friend if they want to cheat off you since the whole school is just a bunch of drunken below average IQ level retards. Professors are NOT helpful and often do not show up to their offices. Another major issue is when you sign up for your classes, advisors DO NOT HELP YOU AND LEAVE JUST HANGING SO IF YOURE A FRESHMAN YOURE DOOMED IN TRYING TO GET THE CLASSES YOU WANT SINCE THE ADVISORS DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR ACADEMIC SUCCESS WHATSOEVER. RA's do nothing about students being harassed, and the whole atmosphere lacks friendliness to people who are different. Its difficult to make real, loyal friends at this school even if you live in the dorms since people tend to have cliques as they did in high school, making you feel alienated, and this is the WORST place to get a full college experience. This really is a white trash redneck school that make me relive the hell of high school. DO WHAT YOU CAN TO SAVE YOUR LIFE, HEALTH, MONEY, AND PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS AND STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS POOR EXCUSE OF A "UNIVERSITY" AND DO NOT GO HERE!
