The classes are fine, the students are fine, and I loved my professors in my first semester.

But the One Stop Center and other administration is HORRIBLE. They are the least helpful people I have ever met in my entire life. They treat you as nothing more than a money donor and a number and they cannot be bothered if it isn't something easy. I was having trouble with a bill. I got transferred to several different voicemails with ZERO callbacks and was eventually sent to collections. After having explained my situation to someone in person, the only answer I got was 'You need to call this number.' It was the collections number. F*CK UC and their "accessible and helpful staff". What a sorry excuse for an operation. Do yourself a favor and avoid this school. You will regret it. I've had nothing but trouble with them since the very beginning and I'm currently looking into other schools so I can get the hell out of this one. NOT WORTH IT.
