Major: Business - Management and Administration (This Major's Salary over time)
I came to Temple because it has a major which is hard to find elsewhere. Looking back, I should have gone somewhere else and majored in something close in terms of field of study - even if it wasn't exactly what I wanted. University administration is dysfunctional - they will lose your tuition checks, they will keep you on hold for 2+ hours, they will throw extra, unexplained charges onto your bills. Faculty is a mixed bag. I've had a handful of really excellent professors, but I've also had some of the worst teachers I've ever seen. I've had classes that were run so poorly that the average attendance rate was maybe 2 students out of 40 per class. I've had exams that were completely unrelated to class material that needed to be curved 60 points or more just so enough people would pass and the class wouldn't be audited by administration.Avoid this school as best you can. It is a "cheap" option compared to many other schools in the Philadelphia area. But you get what you pay for, and at Temple you're not getting much.
