This school has a joke chemistry department, and the faculty do not care that the enroll way more graduate students than they have assistantships lab space for. This school also sells housing that doesn't exist and then adds beds to rooms in other buildings for the students who bought rooms in the unfinished buildings.

The 'graduate seminar' in chemistry is an insulting waste of the students money. You have to take this three different semesters and two of the semesters I took it the coordinator invited the same speakers. I could have just turned in the summaries from the past semester. And a lot of these speakers weren't talking about chemistry research, they were talking about job search issues, and one guy talked about GIS software.

Do not go to this school. They view their stdents as pockets to pick.
