I could go on for hours, but I'm just gonna pick five highlights for now. I'll probably be back in a year or so once I finish my degree.

ORU does not prepare you to be a successful adult, it prepares you for being a mindless drone paying your tithes every Sunday.

In addition to ridiculous ?security? rules such as curfew and mandatory hall meetings at 11:00 pm, students find themselves under a highly restrictive dress code.

They don?t follow through with anything at all. Ever. And who can blame them? Their hands are just so freaking tied up with issues such as not updating course work from the 1950s, finding ridiculous reasons to fine students more money, and figuring out where to waste this obscene amount of money next.

Students are required to be in a ?health fitness? classes every semester. Another alumnus called HPE ?the product of a brainstorming session from several decades ago titled How to Most Effectively Waste a Student?s Time and Money,? and never has anything sounded so accurate.

ORU worships money more than anything else. It seemed like everywhere I turned I was being fined for ridiculous things.
