Major: Finance (This Major's Salary over time)
The problem I have with UAB is not the program material or the faculty, it's the customer service. I spend thousands of dollars a semester, and I can't get the simplest questions answered. If you try to call in, you're sent to a bulk voicemail; for which you will not receive a response. This university is making money hand over fist, but they refuse to hire the staff necessary to handle the workload. I would not choose UAB again, and I'm seriously considering transferring to another university. This is utterly ridiculous.
