The overall experience of the school has been terrible. The administration at BU is so awful. If you like jumping through hoops and having your wallet gouged of all money then this is the place to go. It seems the way programs are laid out are meant to road block you and screw you over every year. I repeatedly had professors vouch for me and recommend that i be able to take the next level course but the administration constantly goes out of their way to screw you over. The professors are honestly the only good thing about the school, they few goods ones that is. The school does a lot to make sure that professors aren't treated very well. All the President Brown wants is all the money your worth and after that they couldn't care less. Boston is nice at first but then you realize how much it cost. Students are only friendly on a micro level and difficult to make friends past sophomore year.

Thank you for the scoop! My son attended their summer program and we could tell there was serious incompetence with their administration. BU students said the profs are good but admin sucks. The freshman dorm was 95 degrees, no AC! The Visitor Center told us the wrong train stop, my son got sick and they didn't care. We could tell. Thanks again for your confirmation. I believe many people from Boston, meaning well, are happily cultural a d snoewhat closed off sometimes. My parents are from Massachussetts and couldn't believe how mean and entitiled they behaved at times. Now, who in the adminstration chopped you and pulled you aside, for what I can't speak fact too. Take some time to realize somepart of it may have been for your betterment and good. I can see you have some argument and peoblem with the way things were decided for you. Sorry you had a bad expereince. i can see you spoke to it and offered it well.
