Major: Criminal (This Major's Salary over time)
Unfortunately, this school is not what it says it is. My years spent here have been filled with attempting to change the culture, change the perception and shed light on miscommunication between commandant staff. As a Cadet you will talk about how Norwich needs to change, on the daily. I did this because there is a unique aspect to Norwich, called the Corps of Cadets. As the Cadet, the Corps is a lifestyle which you will become apart of. Your freshman year, your experience will highly depend on your junior cadre, the school's commandant staff and the climate of needs provided from the higher administration members. There are many positives to this school. I can say that I have become a better person from going here. However, it is unfortunate and unacceptable the lack of purpose, structure and organizational guidance that is given from the school. They write standardized books, but fail to convey them through leadership. The school needs help and I do not think they will get that by staying a private Military College.
