I am currently attending the University of Phoenix, San Antonio Campus and I am glad to say that the staff is great, as well as the students. I am fortunate to say that all of the professors that I have had are very knowledgeable and approachable. As for the composition of the teams, I think it's an excellent approach. The reality of it, is that yes sometimes we do get stuck with slackers, but that is the real world scenario in any place you work at. You have to be able to work as a team in any place of employment and it's about time this is being taught at a university! I have many friends who have graduated from other universities and are clueless about how to work in teams and have terrible attitudes towards some of the people they work with…
