Concordia University - Irvine

This university is a high school for college students; if you are looking for the "college experience," completely disregard this school immediately. I have found the student body to be extremely cliquey like that of a high school. Another terrible aspect of this school is the cost. I am a transfer student on athletic scholarship and am in debt $15,000 after one semester... absolutely ridiculous! The education you get here is absolutely NOT worth what you are spending. In my opinion, CUI is essentially a business scheming students into paying a ridiculous amount of money for an average education.I would recommend this school if you are religious, naive, close-minded, sheltered, and not fun. If that describes you... choose CUI!

1st Year Male -- Class 2016

Perceived Campus Safety: A, Social Life: D

If you are seriously considering this university you should take a hard look at all of your other choices. At first glance, this place seems to gleam, but once you get into the mix you are bound to quickly realize the hooey that you were sold during one of their overly-emphasized tours. Two particular areas of this university that I caution you about are Judicial Affairs and Housing/RES. I have so many horror stories that I could tell you about both! In Judicial Affairs, there are individuals who seem to think it is alright to not be impartial- and higher university administration backs this up. This is a place where they prefer students who they can hold a thumb over- not students who will speak up with they think something is going wrong and needs to be addressed or corrected. No university is ever going to be always perfect, but this particular university has developed some major problems with how it is run since I first started here as a freshman. In all honesty, they have driven to the point of wanting to transfer for my LAST semester of undergraduate study. I suppose if you live locally and plan to commute, and plan on not getting too involved then you would do alright. Honestly, that being said, there are some really brilliant, friendly, caring professors at Concordia, Irvine, but for me (at least), that is not a final-decision-making point. Good luck!

Faculty Accessibility: A+, University Resource Use/ spending: D

This is for any one planning to attend this low class, mold-filled, slutty, nasty, dirty, lame, racist, and sexist University. If you want the pleasure of humiliation and depravity, then this is the place for you. Most of the girls are slutty, drunk,and average-looking girls who would sleep with men on the first night. Most of the guys are homey, mean-spirited, abusive, racist, and sexist bastards who would talk about people behind their backs.The rooms are filled of mold,mushrooms, and roaches. Also most of the blacks, latinos, and asians there are just blood-thirsty leeches that want to be white so bad that they have suck out of the diversity of school. Let's start off with the, the softball team: it's fulled of lesbian vibes, Lacrosse team: a brunch of whiny disgusting bastards that have depraved sexual urges that suck at the game, Basketball teams: Good form but the girls are bunch of drunk whores who can't keep their panties up.
