Super Brilliant
I come from the Plymouth-Canton Educational Park, with a total student body of 6,000+, so I am used to an impersonal atmosphere; this improved significantly when I came to Kettering, whose total student body is less than half of that.
I was part of the Talented and Gifted educational program, which split me off into an accelerated set of classes; as such, I am used to small/medium class sizes and a high-quality educational experience. Kettering delivers similarly sized classes and a similar quality of education.
I was part of a FIRST Robotics team and a drama club; as such, I am used to clubs which required effort and which were rewarding experiences. Kettering offers a variety of clubs ranging from the pointless but fun to the demanding and rewarding, an assortment of which I have joined; this range is a decidedly good thing.
Additionally, Kettering's cooperative education program provides a guaranteed high-quality work experience that you just don't get elsewhere.
Overall, I believe that Kettering University is an excellent choice.

Bright
At first, I thought Kettering was just an overpriced education that my parents were forcing me into. I wanted to go to a state school, but Kettering turned out the best choice. I got a co-op job as a sophomore and I received a ton of experience from that. And now I have a much better job than any of my old high school friends that went to non co-op schools. Also the CS faculty is wonderful, Jim Huggins and John Geske were both great and extremely helpful. Dr. Huggins helped me a lot and would give me a ton of time and would explain the material to me. I definitely would go to Kettering if I had to do it over again. Now I'm looking to Kettering for my Masters degree in Information Technology.

Quite Bright
I was way more prepared than students from other schools. The co-op program is the only way to go for engineering - now that I'm in the workforce, I fully understand the value of my Kettering education.
