Only 40% of questions on the final hadNot so bright
Only 40% of questions on the final had anything to do with what I studied for. It resembled a capricious sick game of Russian Roulette. Not what I studied for, but I passed.

.....Then when the 'porno professor' hit the news, I got the full picture. The chosen prossies get the breaks, those not 'in the sex game' at unm are made to go through a 'maze' of insane obstacles to graduate and make a grade......Sorry, unm, i think you know what is going on - but made no stand on you ethical issues on full rein and no monitoring of faculty.....just another cover-up and becoming just another sick school. I have been to a few, and unm is getting to be pretty sick.

Question
I cannot speak about other departments but IQuite BrightSociology
I cannot speak about other departments but I know my particular department has a very "We already our degrees, so you getting yours isn't really our problem" attitude. They are not very supportive or take a lot of interest in academic success. More than once I have gone to study in my department office only to be met with hostility. As though I was invading or disrupting the office with my very presence.

On one occasion I was making up an exam in the department office. One of the secretaries was speaking loudly in spanish to a janitor right outside the door. When I opened the door and approached her to let her know I was there and if she could keep it down due to my exam, she verbally attacked me. She began demanding to know why I was in the room, who was my professor, and who told me I could use that room. I was shocked! All I had said to her was that I was taking an exam and would appreciate it if she quieted down. I would not be surprised if many students have these kind of problems with staff as well as faculty.

Question
This place sucks don'tSuper BrilliantBiology
This place sucks don't attend this university if you hope to achieve a good education. The faculty takes months to return your calls and emails, they do not take the time to help you.
