Baldwin Wallace University

Even though it is a nice little school for the area, and HIGHLY respected in the local business community, that is also its biggest weakness. Nobody outside Ohio(and in some instances North Eastern Ohio) has heard of Baldwin-Wallace. Obviously, for many this would not be important. However, if I could do it all over again I would attend a school that is more well known throughout at least the Eastern U.S., even if the education level was not thought to be as great as B-W.

My only other reason is because I would have liked to have experienced the social life that a mid to large university away from home would have offered. But instead, I chose to stay close to home because at the time I had a great part-time job that I did not want to give up. Needless to say, I speant the majority of my freetime commuting to my friends colleges because I found B-W's social scene lacking.My advice to everyone is you only get to experience your college years once. Ask yourself if you want to spend those years at a stellar locally known only university with very little social life, or if you would rather attend a larger more regionally known one where you will actually enjoy your stay; even if the quality of education is only "above average".
