Question
I did not even attend this college.Quite Bright
I did not even attend this college. I went on the tour, was showed around the campus. As I was taking the tour a current student told me to not go to this school. He told me whatever they will telling me was not truthful. He was on his 4th year there and they had told me it would take me 16 months to finish the entire program.I sat through the orientation and a complete arrogant jerk by the name of Bullet or some nonsense of that sort told me what all he's accomplished in his life (all of which had nothing to do with this school). I was not impressed with anything I saw and withdrew that next day. It just was not what I thought. I did not go but from what I saw I would not invest a dime. Sorry and good luck to any who have

Question
I started spartan a little over a yearQuite Bright
I started spartan a little over a year ago. I enrolled in the flight program. When I was looking into the school the rep told me that the school had a sports center and pool. He also told me that the school had a caravan and king air that the students fly. The school has no king air and the caravan is off limits to the students. The classes are a joke. I have had two of my ground instructors fall asleep while teaching the class. It is not from being over worked. It's because the teachers are 90+ years old and haven't been in an airplane in 20 years. The classes are a joke. The flight instructors are very very good, but they have to deal with the owners drama. They don't care about the students all they care about is flight time. The more hours they have the more money they make. The managment is on the instructors all the time to fly in weather they know the students arent going to learn in, but it gets them the hours they want. After learning about all these things I decided to get my private and leave. After I finished my private I left, and some time after I got a bill from spartan saying I owed them another $5000. That would put me at $34,000 for a private!!!!! They said I left before the term was over and I had to pay for the classes remaining in the term and 8 hours of flight per month for the rest of the term. The classes are 20 days in length and they want me to pay for three more since I left. This school will take advantage of you any way they can. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
