Positive Negative Neutral Advice
If you are looking for a place toBrightAccounting
If you are looking for a place to grow spiritually and to cement the fundamentals of the faith along with a high-level education, this is the right place. For accounting majors, we are courted by top companies and get excellent jobs right out of school. There are some students who go to BJU just for the education and fake the spirituality, but you will have losers at every school. i found it to be a great place that really prepared me for the real world.

Question
Reading some recent excerpts written by some dissatisfiedQuite BrightAccounting
Reading some recent excerpts written by some dissatisfied students, I am compelled to write. It appears that those with negative attitudes toward the University can barely write the English language. For those who read this....please note and take this into consideration. There is not a class that I have EVER attended either at BJU or elsewhere, where the professor did not voice some type of opinion. Is this not what higher education is about?...challenging the student toward critical thinking? I am not in poverty. I have an IQ near 150. I did not always agree with the University, however, I was always taught respect toward the opinions of others and encouraged to support my own belief. I am a better businessman, father, husband and educated individual for having attended BJU.

Question
The accounting program is great.Quite BrightAccounting
The accounting program is great. Most of my friends that got ok grades started jobs with Big 4 or large national and regional firms (including myself with a Big 4). The Big 4 I work at has many BJU grads as well as every large firm in the area. BJU had accredidation problems in the past with a couple state boards of accountancy (only a couple out of the fifty states) allowing BJU grads to take CPA exam, but that has been resolved by BJU's accredidation.
