I did not originally plan to come to GW. I as many of my counterparts intended upon attending Georgetown. I was rejected and that thin envelope was the best thing that ever happened to me. At GW I have made amazing friends and had an opportunity to live in the nation's capital. Monuments, the White House and other attractions are just a short walk away. College is exactly what you make of it, however, so I wouldn't recommend GW to people who do not want to get involved in activities. This is a great place if you take advantage of what is offered.
