Major: Math (This Major's Salary over time)
Superb institution. I turned down several Ivy League institutions to attend here (for the size, undergraduate emphasis, and the friendliness of the student body), and I haven't regretted the decision one bit. It's a very diverse institution, full of beaming intellectuals, though many down-to-earth (you wouldn't expect some of the people you meet to be that smart, but they surprise you at every corner). The social life, however, does revolve around drinking on weekends (doesn't bother me). It's got a sort fo work hard, party hard atmosphere (you can't really blame people when some average 3 - 4 hours of sleep a night during the weekdays writing papers and doing problem sets). The college system, however, is wonderful.
