When I was in High School Wake Forest was the only college I wanted to attend. I am completly satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend it today. The students are friendly, the facilities are amazing, and the course work is rigorous. An excellent combination. However, Wake is rather homogenous. The students are mostly conservative republicans and are appropriately deemed "preppy." This can be comforting to some traveling away from their home enviornment. Wake has amazing study abroad programs as well. I would encourage all students to look at the houses Wake owns in many European countries. They are amazing in every aspect.
