Date: Aug 25 2004 Major: Engineering Department (This Major's Salary over time) Having a college degree has definately been a huge aspect of any success I've found. A four year degree was a requirement for my first two major carreer choices but, more importantly, I think the psycological benefit of being in a somewhat elite group, and having met that challenge, gave me the confidence to go after fairly lofty goals with little intimidation. I believe many employers are as much impressed by the mere fact that a young man or woman "stuck it out", then by what that person has learned. Anyone can be trained if he/she is motivated.
