I am a senior at FAU and will be graduating in Spring 05. When I first applied to FAU, I had no idea how I was going to pay for my tuition. The staff at the financial aid was wonderful. They help me in every way possible. They took their time answering every question I had. Even after receiving some aid from the government, it still wasn’t adequate to pay for all the expenses of school. I spoke to my financial aid counselor, and she show me scholarships that I could apply for, and which websites to go to for even more scholarships. I ended up receiving a significant amount from a scholarship, which is the reason I can still go to college. I can’t thank that staff enough. If there is any negative thing to say about FAU, is the travel time it takes to get here. I suggest living in an apartment near by the school or on campus. I have many friends that stay on campus and the nightlife here is awesome!
