I came to this school, with a picture in my head of the beautiful campus. Students were friendly, and dorms were nice and clean. the facilities are nice, and we have a good engineering program but…

It's really the social life that bugs me here. The Students(especially freshman) are lazy and could care less about their grades. Alot of people like drinking Thurdays though Sunday. Alot of potheads and other drug abusers here.

Everyone is ignorant, the only people who I can have an intelligewnt conversation with are Juniors and Seniors. Other than that, most people only talk about how trahed they were the night before or how muched they smoked the other night.

The classes? Not challenging at all. Alot of kids complain here about simple freshamn courses because they are "too hard", but these are the same people who drink all the time.

The campus is beautiful indeed, and the facilities are somewhat top-notch. If you are a graduate student, it's not a bad idea coming here, my neghative comments only go toward the ignorant teenage undergrads.

If you like to party and be like the majority who drop out of college, come to SIUC!
