I turned in my shot records on the first day of school. It took 4 1/2 weeks to process. That means for the first month of school, I was not technically a student. It took 6 weeks to get my loan check because they claimed the Loan Company never recieved my Promisery Note. I called them and they actually had two copies. Then, UALR said that my name was different on their records than on the loan. Even though it was their mistake, I still had to send off for a social security card (I lost my old one) and make copies of that and my drivers license to prove my name was real. It takes about three days to get a hold of somone who can help you in Admissions and Financial Aid. They're never in their office and they don't return voice mail or physical messages. I left 4 of them in two days. If the admissions desk is busy when you call to ask a quesion, they hang up. I was told by friends who were former students to avoid this school. I should have listened.
