Yeah, the ADMINISTRATORS and some professors of the college in Europe deserve an F. I had a hard time there as a gay, secular, open-minded male - some professors downchecked me for my political views and lack of religious interest. It's perfectly fine for them to express their own wacky right-wing views, but it was NOT cool to mess up my GPA because I didn't worship at the altar of the US Armed Forces, without whom the administrators and professors would be out of work. The student body is not really diverse because there are so many conservative Christians trying to get a quick, easy degree that's paid for by taxpayers. I was probably one of two people at UMUC who couldn't stand Jesus and will not worship Reagan and Bush. It was a conservative hell, and they really wouldn't teach ideas that were outisde the box, or out of an original, primary source book.

If you have to go to college - try anyplace else first. NOBODY outside of UMUC has any idea what UMUC is. Most people think it's the same as College Park. It's not. I could have gone to a community college for the good this has done me. Luckily, after you get out in the real world for awhile, nobody cares where you went to college and you can advance on your own merits.
