I am currently a cross-registration student from another Boston area college, and overall impressed with what NEU has to offer.

Pros:

beautiful campus, great library and gym facilities

co-ops/internships

the city of Boston!

Cons:

many students seem to do only enough to get by.

campus is extremely noisy at night, esp. Fri/Sat. Think about living somewhere off the beaten path.

administration is rather unhelpful; forget about thinking outside the box.

Would I transfer to NEU from my current school? Probably not. However, I do think that NEU can offer a great college experience to those that are willing to do more than 'coast', or it can just give u a college degree. Your choice!
