Major: Music Education (This Major's Salary over time)
The last five years were great, and it was cool to get a dual B.A.- Music and History. My future plans are to tie the two fields together and get an MA in Musicology or Cultural History. Attending UB was a great experience, and the atmosphere was great! Being a musician, a historian, a composer, and a performer, I couldn'tve asked for a better education. Feel free to ask me anything! A cool point about the school I attended is that it's 40 minutes from Niagara Falls, Canada, and I can be in Toronto in 2.5hours. The people in Buffalo are great, and there's a lot going on socially! I'm a workaholic, so I didn't find a lot of the coursework to be overly difficult. If I was presented with a challenge, I went out to get the info needed to get the work done. Music theory was probably the most challenging sequence of theory courses you'll ever take as an undergrad, but you learn so much from the 4-semester sequence. If you want to meet people, get involved in any of the clubs, sports teams, intramurals, music ensembles, soclai events, etc. Again, feel free to ask me anything!
