My degree from Mines, the work ethic I developed there, and the attention to engineering detail that Mines instilled in me are the things that have given me a noticeable edge in every job I have held since graduation. From my experience, Mines is readily recognized and highly thought of both in government and industry. If you want a career in the geosciences, this is the place to go.
