K was an incredible school from a character-building perspective. The focus on skills outside your major (the quintessential Liberal Arts experience) has served me in droves since I graduated.

It gave me a head-start on my colleagues as a recent graduate in the late-90s. When we needed someone to write a white paper, I was the best at it because I'd taken writing classes through college. When we needed someone to speak publically at a confrence, same thing.

I credit K College, and the K-Plan's broad-based approach to education, for much of my success.
