Great school that is growing at a wonderful clip. Small but nationally known, SJU has a great business program and a competitive basketball team that the campus adores. Thirty-eight acres are being added to the campus in 2008 and a six-story parking garage was just added. The new basketball arena is also being worked on so new students should be excited to see that the higher ups really care about making the school better.

There isn't a whole lot of diversity but there is plenty in the city of Philadelphia to make up for it. The campus straddles the city and Lower Merion, which is probably the nicest and most affluent suburb of Philadelphia. Also plenty to do on City Avenue even if traffic is a nightmare. There are also two SEPTA regional rail train stations on each end of the campus so getting into Center City is easy, if a bit overpriced.

There's also a ton to do on campus. The Hawk Rock is a fun place to hang out and with the addition of the new space, there will be a total of three gyms open to students and two indoor pools. There will also be about 15 tennis courts and two small football fields for intramurals. The library is okay but usually crowded and the meal plans are being revamped for next year. There are also numerous restaurants such as Quizno's and Cosi on campus.

Great school if you can afford it.
