Case began as a long shot for me, but as I looked into it more, the only thing holding me back was the social scene. It has fantastic academics, great research opportunities, and a nice location in a city, albeit Cleveland's reputation. Yet I found when I got here that the nightlife was definitely better then I expected - my class is partying the most of any grade, and I hope the trend will continue.

Son was accepted to Case for fall'08. He plans to major in Computer science. He really likes Case overall ( we visited last spring) but he's concerned about the quality and reputation of the cs dept. WE didn't get to see the cs dept or speak with a faculty member. Plan to for an overnight soon. Can you share any info about the cs dept? He's been accepted to Ohio State Honors too and waiting to hear from Carnegie Mellon. Thank you
