Major: Other (This Major's Salary over time)
The faculty of the College of Applied Science and Arts were great. The local area is isolated, economically depressed, looks like 1972, and there's little to do. SIUC has alot of problems and the facilties are literally falling apart. It's kind of ghetto at SIUC. I would rather have spent the extra money to go to UIUC, NIU, or even ISU. The winters are mild though. The SIU profs are usually good, but the economic and social costs are too high, ther's too many ghetto kids there and there are few jobs. Spend the extra $$ and get a U of I degree.
