I am currently a sophomore at Assumption and as time goes by i dislike it even more. I spent two years there trying to give it a chance but nothing changed for me. Most of the sports teams are terrible, so no one really goes to the games. The internet goes out all the time, and the washers and dryers don't work in most buildings. The housing for sophomores and juniors is small and uncomfortable, your only option is to get friends that are older and want to sacrifice their housing for you all to live in a mediocre room. As others have said, Assumption is made of cliques, mostly all the girls are stuck up, and the guys are all dumb jocks. Classes are small but for the most part very good and the professors are extremely nice, but college should contain more than just a good academic environment. Assumption cannot give you more than that, which makes life on campus very depressing. The only escape would be to join intramural sports which only last about 6 games a season anyway.
