Potential UMass students: please be aware that many of the reviews on this website (for this and other colleges) are written by angry students- they don't represent the majority. Which is not to say that their complaints aren't valid-but remember read them with a grain of salt. Most people I know who go to UMass like it here (and the Dining Commons food is actually better than most college's-we've won awards). I myself am very glad I transferred to UMass.
