Date: Sep 22 2010 Major: Mechanical Engineering (This Major's Salary over time) The only thing RIT is concerned with is its image. The faculty does not care to help the students learn. 99% of the engineering faculty speaks English as a second language. In my opinion this is language barrior makes it difficult to learn. Even if they were to say the correct words, much of the meaning is lost in the WAY that they speak. Imagine trying to learn a completely new subject (like Differential Equations) with terms you have never heard before. I was constantly falling behind the lecture when I had to decide if "dee" meant "the" or "T" or some new designation or variable I was unfamiliar with.Simply a waste of a LOT of money.
