The UO is possibly the best university in the US. Not only do we have some of the best sports teams, the people here are amazing, the town is beautiful and the night life is SO MUCH FUN. I've never been surrounded by such nice, outgoing people, in my life. Being from L.A I was worried about the rain and the gloomy weather but honestly it's almost always beautiful outside. There's tons of fun rivers, hikes, and fishing..if you're into that stuff. The town is really fun too, there's a lot of really good bars and a couple clubs. The parties are a lot of fun, usually themed, located in basements of huge houses. The people are all down for a good time, and making friends is really easy. I've talked to a lot of people about the universities they have attended, including UCSB, UCSC, BU, CAL, according to what they have to say, nothing even compares. Football game days will probably be the best days of your lives, tailgating starts at 9am and doesnt stop till the following morning.Honestly this school is great, if you are an outgoing, avg-bright student, and enjoy having a good time on the weekends, enjoy watching football, and love the beautiful outdoors… THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. I couldn't possibly say anything bad about this school. I LOVE IT and i'm just one of the 16,000 people who i guarantee will say the same thing. I LOVE THE UO! Go DUCKS!!!!!
