Date: Mar 24 2011 Major: Business - Management and Administration (This Major's Salary over time) I had a good experience at CSULA for the most part. I learned a lot and I had only positive interactions with the faculty and my fellow students. I had some really great professors and some that were less than stellar. The school is not ideal if you are big on a social life. Many people seem to keep to themselves. The location is not ideal because the outlying area can feel sketchy, but once you are on a campus, it feels like you are in a different area. It is very safe and not once did I feel that my safety was threatened. The one complaint I have is that dealing with administration was a pain. There were several times where I had to go back and forth with the same paper work and felt like I was getting nowhere. It was frustrating at times, but fortunately, I didn't have to deal with that on a daily basis.
